I ordered this bag and unfortunately when it came it had a large slice going through. I was a bit disappointed since I really liked the bag so I sent an email asking for a replacement or a refund and i’m being sent another one soon which i’m looking forward to. They also gave me a partial refund which i’m happy about too.
